Finally I got the refund for my above order no which was divided between two suborders, I got the refund for one earlier and for second suborder no [protected] I got the call from snapdeal after so many days, otherwise everytime it was computerised voice because of lock down maybe, person from customer care explained to me I will get my amount in two installment because of two different suborder no, it's under observation, I will get my amount back for second suborder within 24 hours, it's better some body is explaining it to you instead of that irritating computerised voice massages, today in the evening I got the massage from my bank I got my remaining 769 rs back, finally though it took almost one and a half month but I got my amount back, good luck to snapdeal.

    My complain is regarding my suborder no [protected], i ordered 12 bottles of kayam tablets, worth rs 1539, my order no was[protected], which they them selves divided between two suborders, one is [protected] worth rs 770, and second is [protected] worth rs 769, i don't know why they did this, but i got only one pack of 12 nityum tablets worth rs 378, i didn't get any other pkt and for that one pkt i paid 1539 rs thinking it's my complete order, though size was looking quite small, i kept the pkt that way and returned it as it was, i paid 1539 rs togather that is visible from the photos of the product bill, and i returned all 12 pkt of nityum, then where comes the question of 6 seprate bottles of kayam teb which they never delivered, after requesting so many times no responce, when i put my complain they changed the status to received the product suddenly, today they return me only 770 rs and still showing second sub order no [protected] pickup unsuccessful, their customer care person called me i explained it to him i didn't get any second pkt, if they charged it togather how come they are saying they received suborder no [protected] and second is unsuccessful, it doesn't make any sense, i didn't get second suborder seperately, i got only one pkt for that i paid 1539 thinking both the suborders are togather. Instead of returning my complete amount they are behaving so unprofessionally, and totally ignoring the printed amount on delivered pkt, snapdeal has changed so much it's not a trustworthy site any more, i only want my remaining amount of rs 769 for the suborder no [protected], because i didn't get two seperate pkt whatever one pkt i got and paid 1539 for that, if they charged togather then why they are dividing money into two parts, it's really unfortunate you started as promising site but where you have come, cheating and confusing customers for their money is it our fault to think snapdeal is a reputed site, their is a huge difference between snapdeal and other shopping sites, they are so professional, incase sometimes it's late but never ever like this it's almost one and a half month, and i got only half amount back.

      I am glad to be apart of snapdeal customer, but with due respect please over see the delivery boy, he came to my home to deliver my ordered item when i was not present in my home at that time, he called me in my registered mobile number, i told him that i am not present in my home right now so to please come tommorrow and i will keep the payment/ bill/ amount in someone hands so that someone could recieve the item and pays the amount in any absence of mine. But regret directly and shouted to that he will not do that and he will cancelled the order/ delivery and resend it to the product seller. I told him that i will complain againts him, but he said that many customers tells him but no one has ever recored a complain against him, nothing will happen to him. Saying that he stucks my phone down. I would like to mention that the delivery boy is dipak das, phone no.[protected]. State - assam, district - cachar, silchar - 788006 and this is not the first incidents. I value your service.         My order of 12 bottles of kayam teb order no [protected], it was one order they themselves divided it between two suborders, first is [protected], second is [protected], I didn't ask it, but when they delivered the pkt of wrong item, they charged money for both suborders, which is clear from the screen shot of bill I sent you, it means no seperate order was delivered, after putting my complain only, next day they admit to receive the pickup of suborder no, [protected], if I paid to gather 1539 rs once how come they delivered me seperate sub order no [protected] which they are claming pick up un successful if they charged together it means that's the small pkt of wrong items consists of both suborders, agan they are saying we will pick up second order, snapdeal is expecting me to produced second order worth rs 769 if they charged together how come they are asking pickup of second suborder, if they got the pkt that is the complete pkt, price is mentioned over it that is 1539, by packing size also it's evident that is made for twelve small pkt of wrongly delivered items, it's so frustrating it's been a month I am asking them to return my amount, firstly they deliver you wrong product then Hummiliate you again and again asking same question, weather you want to return the product, I want them to return my whole amount of 1539, if they picked up and received my order that is complete order they delivered me that only so what second suborder they are asking, they are behaving so sheepishly and torturing me, and harrassing me mentally.

          Dear team

          I just want to share you some details which i faced with snapdeal recently. Actually i ordered a boat speaker for 1400 rupees. The delivery boy delivered the product and i was very excited to open the box. First i opened the snapdeal cover which you packed exactly with bill. But inside the curtain box was opened already and the boat branded box was fully damaged there is no product inside the box actually i got cheated by the seller. Now i gave return request and person came to take return he told i can't able to take return the box is completely damaged and looks like very old. So you write a complaint to snapdeal they will take action against the seller. Now i am sharing few pictures of the box and accessories which i have received. You can also see the box which i received is fully damaged. Please take a necessary action. Thank you.

              I had placed an order for a gas stove in nov. 2019 video order no. [protected]. The stove was never delivered but was told that the item is delivered. When the docket status was checked it showed that the item was delivered in mumbai, whereas am in hyderabad.

              Had raised several complaints but snap deal staff are shameless and didn't provide any resolution.

              My previous 2 complaints on this portal 2533426 & 2588322 have been closed without providing any resolution

                Instead of my order no [protected]of 12 kayam teblet bottles of 30 teblets each worth rs 1538 they delivered me 12 pkt of nityum teblet each pkt had 10 teblets and was worth rupees 378, after requesting so many times to return it and refund my amount they arrenged pickup and claimed failed pick up no body came, after so many attempts oneday same person who delivered me the product came and picked it up, when i asked about pickup slip he said you will get the massage, but my account showed failed pickup, next day i got the call from delivery, he asked me weather i have any pick up, i told him somebody from delivery already picked it up yesterday, he said it was me and that pkt is further connected, i saved his no which is[protected], but snapdeal refused to get the pickup and continuously asked me to return 6 kayam bottles seperatly first of all if you delivered me wrong product how can i provide you original one, i sent them the pictures of wrong deliver same day i got them, but thei needle got stuck at one place, now i have no product my money is also got stuck with them, how big the amount is that is not important but cheating tendency is scary, thay don't want to return my money and sent me the massage pickup failed if you want to cancel this return, i told them so many times but they are behaving like dumb and deaf

                    This is about the Delayed Refund and mismatched data view in the mobile application.

                    Order ID: [protected]
                    This order worth Rs. 375 was picked up on 22nd May and despite being assured to provide the refund, there is no refund still yet. All queries have been clarified and can be found in the escalation ticket and recorded conversations with customer care. The Status in the Mobile still shows as "Order not picked up". I didn't even receive the message after the pickup was done.

                    This order was picked up on 31st May and fortunately, we have received a pickup message from ECOM. But the Order status still shows "Order not picked up". There is no sign of refund communication yet.

                    On the whole, I am not able to call Customer care as I don't see the option of calling. The Snapdeal account is my father's and I am complaining on his behalf as he is a senior citizen and is not aware of the process. The details of account can be fetched from the order IDs.

Compatible with All Android & IOS Devices Dongle Connector Adapter Audio Transmitter Wireless TV Pen Drive Jack AUX . and i return that product and i apply for refund and in during refund i put all the details bank details and all, during my refund a person name Aqib Azad has changed the details and put is account number and he refund my refundable amount 234 in his bank details i have the prove of that person which he changed my account number .His account details are below please solve this issue and teach a good lesson to him, it looks like scam and fraud during refund time .                         I have requested for a return as the watch is very fake, snapdeal requested me to send the watch through Post Office by registered post as their courier partner was unable to pick it up, i send the watch at the address provided by them and it was delivered on 24/2/2020.                           I had purchased baidyanath chyawanprash from snap deal it cost me ₹523/- after that when i opened the parcel tha amount on the product i saw was ₹325/- why r snapdeal taking too much money for the lesser amount of product. ₹198/- was extra taken from me i need some answers or i'll b moving to the consumer court for this fraud. It's nearly ₹200/- pls need a reply. I have send a message via whatsapp to snapdeal with all the details

                            I orders to snapdeal for ncert bhugol sets of 6 to 12 books.
                            Snapdeal shows the prove 1800, i paid after discount 855. But when i received tho books, books value is only 635.00.
                            I immediately request for return on 10th may same day.
                            My item was picked up by delivery boy on 16th may.
                            But the site and company didn't show my item received yet till 31st may.
                            I requested them many time for refund
                            They continually want 24 to 48 hours since 16th may.
                            But they didn't refund my money.
                            And many days they don't talk or don't take my message.
                            They daily misguided me since 16th may. And not refunding my money.

                              Dear sirs,

                              I requested philips 4011 beard trimmer (Black and red) on 30th april 2020 (Order id - [protected]). I received my product on 11th may 2020.

                              The product parcel was tampered very smartly. When i opened that product, the beard trimmer is not reliable. It looks duplicate product.

                              Therefore, immediately i sent cancellation request (Within half an hour).

                              I am getting messages that they will arrange pick up within 2-3 days. Same email i am getting from them after 2-3 days. As of now they have sent 4 emails (Name - manish kumar, shivam rana, prashant sharma, satish prasad).

                              I need my refund back because i have spent 1898 rs. Cash. Their customer care number is not familiar i have called so many times, it is messy and wasting of time. I have already spent so much time behind my refund.

                              Therefore, please look into this matter urgently and arrange my refund.
