I had bought two no. S titan watches from online portal of snapdeal in october, 2019 under handsome discount offer.in january, 2020, one watch shown some problem, when taken to titan store, they assured that the watch was fake and the warranty card was false. I had checked the second watch alsoat titan store after this incident giving the same result. When i made the complaint with snapdeal, they assisted to pick up the first watch and refund the money in time. But for the second one, after my repeated mails and phone calls to the customer care, they are scheduling pick up with such a courier that it seems clear that there is a pact between the courier and snapdeal for dualplaying with me and cancellation of pick up on weird grounds. Now, i have been harassed to highest limit calling and mailing them repeatedly and spending my valuable time. The most amazing thing is that the company blames courier and the courier blames the company when talking with me reg this and both assures to resolve the issue but don't do the same. Lastly, declares that i am not reachable on phone, not available etc etc as excuse of pick up failure while all calls in my phone are coming properly., i want compensation for this harassment since last one month. I wish that my complaint will get resolved soon.
