Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, insteas contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal. Please take necessary action.

    Order id. [protected]. The merchandise received is not as per pictures shown. The stones i have received are all pale pink plus i had ordered a cushion cut which i never received as you can check from the images i have sent you earlier.
    You haven't even bothered to arrange to pickup the returns and check it yourself. How will you know the difference what i'm talking about. You should protect the buyers from getting cheated.
    I have added the picture shown on the website for comparison of what i have received. The highlighted cushion cut stone i never received.

        I have ordered ridhim torch 10w but you have sent me such a normal torch jy i dont know what is that. Very cheap item. It is not more than rs-100/- it is totally different. How you can send a item which is not orderedkindly don't cheat your valuable customer like this. Kindly pick you product anda make my refund as soon as possible. So that in future i will take care of myself about your fraud. You should not do this particularly with the people of himachal pradesh.

            Today 5th of March 2020, I received an SMS and later A phone call from one of the officials of snapdeal, who sent me his ID proof including the details of his aadhar card through watsapp. I was informed of a prize Money Rs. 12, 60, 000 or a Tata stroma car, for which I was asked to send Rs 6500 as registration fee, when I send this amount I received a phone call from the MD of snapdeal saying my transaction of the prize MO ey is ready but...

              Dear sir,
              Today i received a letter and card to strach in which it is stated that i won rs8, 40, 000/-.in that letter there are few numbers to contact. After surfing internet about the same i contacted the person name alok kumar singh who is a snapdeal executive. He asked me to transfer bank charges of 8500/- in order to claim my prize money. I have done it. After that again he asked me to transfer 16800/- in order to get the money into my account. I have it too but i didn't get that prize money. Again he sent some pdf stating rbi saving to current bond charges 32500/- need to be paid as it is huge amount. Please help me in this regard

              Hi guys, ...actually this week my dad has ordered a product from 𝗦𝗡𝗮𝗽𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 .
              Three days back (𝟐𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐮𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎) he got a call from this number "𝟔𝟐𝟗𝟎𝟒𝟔𝟏𝟖𝟑𝟒" saying that my dad has 𝗪𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿...so he asked my dad to pay just 𝐑𝐬.𝟐𝟓𝟎𝟎 as REGISTRATION FEE. So that the car will reach out doorsteps within 24hrs it seems...so we thought its just that much so we didnt think too much about it n played the amount to an account he gave ...

              After revieving the amount 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗸 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵 asked my dad to pay 𝐑𝐬.𝟑𝟎𝟎𝟎 i.e half of the 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙚...so my dad refused...but he kept on chasing us by calling n calling...he told that if we get this car even he will get a Bike as a gift from the company...then we thought it was genuine...n did the payment...

              Aftr getting that amount he called my dad once again n asked him to pay 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐬.𝟒𝟎𝟎𝟎...so we refused ...so what he did was...he asked us to pay only the DISEL CHARGE of 𝐑𝐬.𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟎 ...so we told him we don't want the car instead u better return our money back

              By hearing this we got confused...n we thought it was genuine...n we searched in google too...but some of the reviews were positive...so we decided to pay the DISEL AMOUNT...𝐑𝐬.𝟐𝟐𝟎𝟎...

              Aftr the payment he said the truck driver has left n he is on the way to our home...n he said he will reach the destination around 6 hrs...aftr 3 hrs...my dad got call from 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐤 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡 saying that the truck met with an accident with an autorikshaw so that truck driver has to pay 𝐑𝐬.𝟑𝟎, 𝟎𝟎𝟎 to the auto driver ...so he asked us to pay half of the amount i.e, Rs.15000... By hearing this we confirmed that he is an 𝙐𝙇𝙏𝙍𝘼 𝙁𝙍𝘼𝙐𝘿

                I had bought two no. S titan watches from online portal of snapdeal in october, 2019 under handsome discount offer.in january, 2020, one watch shown some problem, when taken to titan store, they assured that the watch was fake and the warranty card was false. I had checked the second watch alsoat titan store after this incident giving the same result. When i made the complaint with snapdeal, they assisted to pick up the first watch and refund the money in time. But for the second one, after my repeated mails and phone calls to the customer care, they are scheduling pick up with such a courier that it seems clear that there is a pact between the courier and snapdeal for dualplaying with me and cancellation of pick up on weird grounds. Now, i have been harassed to highest limit calling and mailing them repeatedly and spending my valuable time. The most amazing thing is that the company blames courier and the courier blames the company when talking with me reg this and both assures to resolve the issue but don't do the same. Lastly, declares that i am not reachable on phone, not available etc etc as excuse of pick up failure while all calls in my phone are coming properly., i want compensation for this harassment since last one month. I wish that my complaint will get resolved soon.

                  I placed an order for a gas stove in nov. 2019 with order no. [protected] in sanpdeal from hyderabad. As per the transit docket no. The item never crossed mumbai, but snapdeal is claiming that the item has been delivered to me in hyderabad.

                  Multiple mails have been sent to them, but the analysts are so dumb that they reply back stating that the item has been delivered, without even bothering to check where the item has been delivered.

                  Snapdeal has been one of the worst company that i have dealt with.

                  A previous complaint raised on this platform with id 2533426 has been closed without a resolution.

                        I have been getting otp’s constantly and i believe there is a security breach, that someone is trying to login to my id. I have been asking snapdeal help support to deactivate my account as i find it suspicious usage. But irresponsible snapdeal help team mentions they cannot help me out. I keep getting average of 15 otp emails per day.
                        I want to terminate my id from snapdeal as there is privacy compromise.

                        There is no order placed, but I keep receiving OTP's non-stop from snapdeal.com. But I never request one. I get atleast 15 OTP's on an average for a day. I dont even know if there are any orders being placed with the same.

                            I got a call from this number [protected] and he is told calling from snap deal office from kolkata. And told me you win the 5 lac rs lucky draw and for this you need get some registration with caution money and when i was denied he gave me the all my details which i was purchase from snapdeal.
                            Unfortunately i have deposit some some money when i told him to i have already register the police complaint against him.

                            But he still call me and given the some kolkata office.

                                Hi team snapdeal,

                                This is in my reference to my repeated requests to you regarding fake iphone 6 supplied by you via invoice number s33975/19/286 dated 05-feb-2020.

                                I visited authorized apple service center in pune (M/s nyasa) for replacement of defective charger received along with iphone 6. To my surprise, please find the list of discrepancies that service center has highlighted in the phone supplied by you.

                                1. Brand new phone was purchased by me from snapdeal on 05-feb-2020, whereas service report shows date of purchase as 31-july-2015. A difference of 5 years.

                                2. I purchased this phone from snapdeal saying one year manufacturer warranty but apple is saying this phone is out of warranty due to point mentioned at sr. No. 1.

                                3. I purchased a original product from snapdeal with sealed packaging but service center says the supplied adapter and power cable are not original ones.

                                All above mentioned points clearly indicates a direct case under section 420 against snapdeal and its directors who did this alteration and repacked the iphone as brand new product.

                                It is a final request to snapdeal to refund all the expenses incurred by me during this course of harassment.
