Hello, i am shubham nanabhau shingote.
I ordered 2 watches for my sisters on the occasion of rakshabandhan.
But in curior, just one watch is in it.
But i paid that parcel for 2 watch.
When i cantacting to there customer service, they give me 48 hours, but they not give me any reply after that.
Then i raised return request for watches, but they automatically cancled it. And from 4 days, they not gave me any single reply to my questions. Please do any thing sir, i lost my 1000 rupees.

Three month ago i purchesed a Kingstone HyperX Fury 8GB Ram [Desktop Computet].

      fraud message received from bz-sanpdl for winning lucky prize.

      I got a message from bz-sanpdl dated 17.08.2019 at 13.54hrs as under:
      "congratulation. You are the winner of snapdeal on line company won the prize (Tata safari) which cost is rs. 12, 40, 148/-. The charge of you registration service charge rs.8500/-, 17/08/2019 rupees only. This is valid today. Know more for details to number [protected].'
      While i inquired through the above mentioned mobile number, sri nitin kumar singh, snapdeal...

      I ordered an item in snapdeal order id [protected] and marked return for quality issues.

      Nobody came for pickup nor called me regarding returning the item but the product is marked as pickup unsuccessful and am not able to reschedule pickup.

      This is happening for me the third time. Arrange pickup once again and refund the amount for me as soon as possible

        I regularly order products at snapdeal company, but today i received this product and opened the packet it was damaged, the glass was cracked also.

            I am saba khan from telangana l. I got a call regarding lucky draw. I have won 8, 50000. You have to get registered so u have to pay4000i paid only 2000
            They transfer the amount it was not successful, they said me to pay 12400gst tax. I paid only 10000. Again they called me and said pay 2500, the amount will be cleared. I paid but no amnt has received in my account. I called to other executive to confirm about my lucky draw he said y u won. I told my problems to the executive he said me to pay 6500 u will receive the amnt i borrowed the amnt from my friends i forwarded. Same thing happen no amnt has received by me. I raised the complaint. I got a call from other executive he heard my problems and said don't answer any fraud calls. I will tell u. The process he said me to pay14500 i paid... After that the prize has been sent to the rbi office i got a call from there he said me to pay18200. I asked from my neighbours they deposited the gold and gave the money.. I was on the process but was successfull. Rbi said me that u have to pay for the ticket which is 25000 i told to my mom she has taken from my neighbours. We deposited, rbi said with in 12hrs or before 12hrs the prize will be cleared and u can received the amount... From 14 night to 15 morning i didn't received any amount. I am suffering from last friday that was 9august. I thik i should raised the police complaint.. Till now i didn't did... I want my refunds back approximately it was 75 or80000 i spent... I want my money back or take serious action...

              I got a below average quality product... As dark marks r formed where its sucks to remove blackhead from face... I filed a return and refund request but its showing as the return request did 't pass through their internal checks... And the request is closed by snapdeal now... This is cheating... Snaldeal should take their product back and refund my full amount...

                I purchased crazybuy micro pocket 4ch 6axis gyro 2.4ghz mini quadcopter, but it was not that as per its description, worth rs.1917/-, order id: [protected] (1 item) placed on 31 jul, 2019, return it and i got a message that i will received refund within 7 days. I received a message in my snapdeal account that my order refund was transfer into my account but actually i didn't get refund in my account. I don't understand that how snapdeal team can do these kind of stupidity. I guess this website is fake now because i didn't get my refund into my bank account but website is showing that i have received which is wrong
                Now i want to request one thing to snapdeal team that refund my amount because i am not that much rich, am a student.

                        I placed order on two fastrack womens watches. But i received only one for the amount of two watches. The seller had sent only one for the amount of two watches. When i contacted customer service there was no response at all. Finally i received a message stating that the watch was delivered but it is not yet delivered. You keep on cheating the customer like this?. A very worst customer service. I want the missing watch.

                        I contacted customer service several times the executive told that you have to track the package and receive it. What a funny answer?. I received only one instead of two. They sent only one then how can I receive two watches.
                        No refund was given for the product that is not yet received. But the customer service executive is asking to return the product after which the refund will be initiated. Iam asking for the refund for the item which I had not received yet.

Finally they told that they will refund the amount for the missing product and asked for the bank account details. I sent it several times but I still haven't received the refund. I receive messages stating that the bank account details had not yet been received. Such a WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                          When i face many problems with titan watches purchased during last one month period with 2 years warranty, i have contacted titan customer care via email for the problem i am facing provided by snapdeal. They have suggested to contact the titan service center at dadar. The service center checked and conformed me that all the watches are fake with falsely engraved with titan logo and name. They confirmed not only the machine inside the watches are fake, even the battery too does not belongs to titan in any of the items. Hence, neither they can provide warranty nor can they certify anything. When i contacted snapdeal with all details, they simple denying everything and need "authorized letter from titan in their letterhead (Brand denied letter)" mentioning all the watches are fake, which titan service center is not ready to give as "they do not issue any letter for fake product'. Titan customer care also confirm so by mentioning"snapdeal is not our authorized seller
                          And regarding the authenticity of the product".

                          We have also mentioned clearly that all the boxes containing watches are stamped with:

                          And

                          The invoice has come from the seller:

                              I have ordered 3 items of titan watches. My order no is [protected]. On 10 th august i received only 1 watch. And order status is showing that all 3 watches are delivered. I have placed return order but it is showing that only 1 item price will be refunded. Many times i tried to call customer care but unable to contact executive. Please look into the matter on priority and resolve my issue

                                I've had ordered a puma flip flop and i've requested for a replacement.. Now i've been waiting for it around half a month. Now it is saying that the package is delivered to me when it is actually not.

                                Is this how you treat your customers?? Is this the service which you provide?? How will we even feel to be your customer next time if you treat us like this??

                                  On 5.8.2019 i have received a letter that i got certificate of achievement as one lakh and 10 lakhs through scratch and win and they called me from numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and asked me to deposit 11000 as initial tax and given an account number of [protected] belonging to one mr premendra wanglikar and when i deposited this again they are calling and telling that i have to pay 22000 i felt fishy and verified with the snapdeal prize department whtsapp num so that guy is also demanding money. I had lost 11000 just bcze of ths fraudstets. Company is also involved in ths so dnt shop with them gng to file case against thm advocate nisha from kerala

                                      I ordered a watch from snapdeal and returned that watch and for that refund was initiated on 27 june which i have not got till now..in between snapdeal has taken bank statement from me after that also they are not refunding my amount. What can i do now? Should i go to consumer court for this?
