Hello sir, my name is Anita. Here I'm gonna tell you the whole story of fraud. Sir On 8 Dec. I ordered Nike air max blue colour shoe for my brother's birthday. But I got totally different shoes. It's colour is gray and also used and dirty shoe. And it's not at all Nike shoe. It's some kind of air shoe which Have worst qUality. I raised a request for return/replacement and one of the courier boy came to pick it up today 13 Dec. But he deny me to pick this one. And he told me that you should raise another complain. With reference to my order no. [protected], i have ordered a geyser (Activa) on 25th oct from snapdeal, within a month of installation it started leaking. I have tried to reach snapdeal many times but call was not going through. I have tried reaching activa customer service but no body respond, even dropped mail to them but didnt get revert. I am fed off now.
Pls take the product back and refund the amount. Snapdeal pls stand up for your customers, dont associate yourself with cheap brands.

Above mentioned are my orders and none of the products which i received are in good condition;
1) calvin klein, i received a different product, whereas it was just 100ml
2) hugo is a bad quality and does not stay even for 30 mins

I bought the NOVA NKT 272 kettle(1.5L) from snapdeal and I was delivered NOVA NKT 2729(1.2L) I don't had problem with that until defects started to develop in the kettle that its steel started breaking from mouth. When I asked for warranty the snapdeal said that warranty is an issue of company and owner But the company said that the product is fake and is from grey market and their models don't start with NKT series. I tried several times and sent plenty of email but there was no reply instead they send the invoice. I am not be able to understand how can a renowned ecommerce site can do this....

When i open the box it was a watch but not exactly what i had ordered... I had ordered a timex chronograph watch but while receiving i saw it was a sonata grey colour white dial watch and strange thing is their is no tag

I had ordered a saree worth rs. 1399 from snapdeal with order id [protected] and sub order no. [protected]. The saree material was of extremely cheap quality and was the fake replica of the product i ordered. The return pick up initiated on 25th nov and i had completed all process of refund with me filling account details online. Now after almost 12 days on 8th dec 2017 i received message that my account details were incorrect, which is not possible as i double checked them before sumitting. I want snapdeal to resend me the link for sumitting bank details and return my money....

I ordered a philips qt4006/15 on 03.12.2017 order id [protected], the details were shared to a third party (I am sure as i changed my mobile number before order), a fake product of nova was shipped via book my packet wrapped in snapdeal cover which was accepted from the courier by my parents by paying rs 1499 (Cod). On opening it was found that instead of philips a product of nova was there. On comparing it is found that it contains different order id and tracking id.
Now the fact is that how the third party got the exact details even cod amount and recently changed mobile no?...

I got fed up mailing help@snapdeal. I cancelled my order for jbl c150 si earphones a month ago.. But till now i didnt get any refund.
Pls look into that. Every time you are asking to attach bank transaction copy. Even i am doing that. But there is no response. I even mailed also. Please work on this.

I have bought omron bp monitor upper arm (Hem-7112) from snapdeal with order no.[protected] and it is not showing accurate result. I placed the request to return the product on 06/12/2017 but till now there is no reposnse from snapdeal. I made the payment of rs1440 through credit card. I have tried calling there customer care number several times but i think it is impossible to talk to their executives as the computerised message they provide is pre recorded. I want you to please take this issue and help me returning the product or otherwise i would be forced to file chargeback. It was not expected...

Placed on 22 nov, 2017.
All though delivery was too bad but after receiving i found that they were not fitting to my foot even i dont like the quality so i returned it successful but after waiting so long they called me we wont initiate the refund because they are used. So i told them i just wore them to check the size like we do in any shoes shops but they are not ready to accept that they are saying shoes is very dirty and all but i returned it pretty much neat.

Then i applied for return request on same day of delivery.
Then some courier name shadofax picked up product from me arranged by snapdeal only.
I gave item to courier. And also received confirmation from courier that item recieved.
But next day i received email from snapdeal that they closed my return request saying that "i no longer want to return item" what rubishh!!

I had ordered indiweaves black woollen track pant on 1st december with orders id [protected].. I received a simple track instead of woollen track pant and product is not as per described and when i placed the return request after two days i got the mail that return request is been closed saying your account is having transaction issues.. If they have issues than why they are accepting order and processing them.. Why not rejecting the order.. Making fool to the customer on name of easy return and sending different product than described in description.. I want to return this and want my refund otherwise...

So i ordered 1 pendrive fromantic snapdeal. And i got email that order has been changed to another seller as the last one is unavailable. I received courier of pendrive with cod and all my details mentioned as i gave it on snapdeal paid 350cod to the delivery man. Then i got after the email that the order has been cancelled we're not able to deliver as product is out of stock. I opened my parcel which i received there was a # card reader inside.
