Sir. Maine snapdeal on line ap par warmland electric blanket dekha. Or order kar diya. Muje milne ke baad voh koi mushkil se sat 7day hi chala. Yeh blanket maine apni mata ji ke liye kharida thaa os waqt woh bimar thee. Lekin maine snapdeal ko complaint ke to uno ne vapis blanket magva liya. Bad maine bahut wait kiya. Msg kiye mail kiye lekin Snapdeal ne koi jawab nahi diya. Last meri mother ke death ho gai. Abi tak voh blanket muje nahi mila. M sab logo se yeh binti karta hu snapdeal se koi product na kharide . Snapdeal — they have delivered fake product.. [Resolved]

I have ordered Paco Rabanne invictus 100 ML perfume on 27th march 2018 and they have delivered me a fake product...then I registered a return request on 0503/2018 as per of their policy they revert on 48 hours but till yet today is 14/03/2018 I haven't heard from them anything.there is no provision to talk to their customer care rep because their customer care number which is [protected] is completely IVR based.

As telephonic discussed with sachin sharma, any no records found in your system. I have not received return items and not received refund money.
Replace items it self packed with power bank and data cable.
Before check and handover return items
Till date not received return item.

Bad experience with snapdeal no refund till now. Unable to communicate my issue with snapdeal team.

Feugo lycra jeans ordered on 21.02.2018. Which was delieverd on 23rd feb 2018 having poor quality of fabric.
Return request on 23.02.2018.
No refund till now.
It is hard to believe that a company like you serve that kind of inconvenience to their customers....

But Snapdeal customer Care says this is not attached with my number but on website it shows. And no customer Care executive is available to talk on phone number.tried and mailed so many times....

Hello concerned,

As usual, snapdeal customer service suck. A few days back i had ordered three led tvs together (Order id: [protected]). On delivery one of the unit was faulty. I had initiated a replacement, but after three days, my replacement request just disappeared and everything shows normal in my order list. What a bloody shame on snapdeal. You dont have a customer call center. The one which you have provided, states that against my mobile number there isn't any order existing. This is a joke.

I have, this time initiated a refund. If, one of the tvs cannot be...

Snap deal fraud website... They have cancelled the customer return request with their own conditions... Customer delight word not important for them... I have created return request through their app, and received return ticket nos which was created by snap deal app.. But their legal team refused to return request, they said that i had returned many item so return ratio has been increased, becoz of that they are unable to accept my return request...
I have many questions with their legal team :
1. Have you informed earlier to customer they have increased the return ratio so this product...

Refund did not receive, i steel wait for @helpsnapdeal email reply, i send all the bank details (Neft), but they won't reply me, even i call the snapdeal they said "your refund initiated and creadited within 4 business days"
Refund initiated stars on 20 feb
Also the snapdeal app said initiated refund and if we open in web and track the order they said refunded......

I had bought a power bank of 999 on 22 may 2017 from snapdeal with a year warranty but now its second output is not working, so i want to claim its warranty.
Company is not providing warranty as per their promise. I have tried many times to talk to them but they are not responding. Please help me to get warranty as per their promises. 1 year warranty is already mentioned over the box.

I purchase a pair of addidas shoes from snapdeal. My order is: (Order id-[protected]).
But snapdeal deliver me a wrong product which is totally look like duplicate as they packed addidas shoes in nike box.
I pay from credit card.
I get product on 9th march 2018 and from same days i mark several mail to mail is - (
Also mark to snapdeal greviance officer mail id and snapdeal ceo mr. Kunal will proper snapshots but not get solution.
Several time tried snapdeal call centre number but not get connected.
Also when i try to return from snapdeal...

This is in reference with snapdeal order id-[protected]. I order 2 jeans but the size is not suit me after delivery, so requested replacement with suitable size but for one product size was not available to finally i requested for replacement for 1 product and return for 2nd. But snapdeal is refusing by saying some excuses.
I had written mail to snapdeal in this regard 3 time but every time i got there auto generated same reply, "we understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions...
