snapdeal fake letter

Yesterday i received a letter from post which mentioned i have won 1 lakh in cash with a certificate and a scratch card.in the scratch card it was mentioned that i have won 10 lakhs in total 11 lakh rupees as an anniversary celebrations lucky draw.
Presently i am not using your online shopping site for last few years. I have noticed a similar complaints in this site so i am reporting it you to take actions. Already i am aware of these...

won lucky prize letter apparently from snapdeal

Today I received a letter from post which mentioned I have won 1 Lakh in cash and with a scratch card. In the scratch card it was mentioned that I have won 10 lakhs in total 11 Lakh rupees as an anniversary celebrations lucky draw.

Looks extremely fishy & I hope some strict action is swiftly taken.

This is a case of Fraud as well as Data theft!
How could they get my Phone Number, Address & other info?...

I have placed an order through snapdeal on dt 05/03/2019l, but till time (23 march, 2019) i have not received any product, call and msg from snapdeal & courier service, but if i am checking my order in tracking option inside snapdeal (My oder) it's status is showing delivered how is it possible?       My issues is that in Snapdeal your bank offer for Bank of Baroda credit card 15% instant discount and as per your this scheem on max up to 3000 rs less payable by BOB credit card like[protected]= 19799)
      Show for payable amount 19799 but actually deducted from my bank /bob credit card 22799 so please my valuable money of 3000 is also return to me
      I am many time try to connect with you but your customer care no is only IVR service not possible to connect with Snapdeal executive

      And at same time of Order /purchase of this Laptop on snapdeal I was call your customer care no. [protected] but due to your wrong sevises or only IVR call service on your customer care support service

      So I was very very try to call you if I can connect with you then I can cancel and re againe same order for 19799 witch was show for payable 19799 but deducted 22799 but due to your wrong services and wrong attitude for customer non welfare and customers non support witch was Very Harmfully for all consumer satisfaction.

        Today i got my order of indulekha hair oil pack of 3 bottels and all are fake products with stickers and oil is also different. You are lieing to your customer. Bad experience with snapdeal.                       Why my return request closed? I couldn't understand,
                      My registered email id is postpaid. [protected]@gmail.com, i ordered nfc blue cotton kurta pyjama set from snapdeal. My order id is : [protected], there is some fitting & sizing issues with this product.

                      I placed return request but next day my return request closed by snapdeal. My product was returnable under 7 days of easy return policy of snapdeal. So several times i call to customer care but they refuse to open my return request and made several excuses. Very bad experience. I had never expected this from the repetitive company like snapdeal. I hope for positive response. Please resolve my problem, accept my return request.

                        I want to return this product since it has size issues. I also didn't like the quality of the product.
                        But snapdeal is refusing to return the product as they found some issues in my account and some transactions that do not pass their internal checks.
                        Not sure whats the issue.
                        If the company is providing 7 days easy return option then they should follow it.

                        Issue resolved. Thanks Snapdeal. Please do let me know if I will be able to return any item in case I don't like in future, so that I will be careful before ordering. Snapdeal was able to resolve the issue. But they responded when I registered a new complaint against the old complain. It took around one month to provide the resolution. The shoe got returned and I got my refund.

                        This will help the consumer to be vigil before placing any order and keeping in mind that further return won't be possible.

                          I ordered a jbl speaker and when it came it turned out to be fake!
                          I then requested a return yesterday which was closed without any reason today?!

                            I ordered engage deodorants combo pack of 4 but i received only 3 pieces.
                            The package delivered is unpacked, the wrapper is torned.
                            Either i want the product or want to return the delivered products and initiate my refund.

                              Ordered a power bank, but received a used defective and completely different one. Snapdeal is now not responding me. Website shows, pickup scheduled. No courier pickup boy is coming to pick products. And, i am getting hardly any responses from snapdeal customer care. Order placed on 5th march. But, i am still waiting for the pick up. It's already more than 5 days, the return pick up scheduled.

                                I have recently ordered charging adapter for my laptop acer aspier e1-431, and get a damaged product from snapdeal, again i ordered the same adapter again after returning the damaged one, this time i get a empty box. And when i submitted a return request under section product missing, snapdeal automatically closed my return request without knowing me, they never reached me out for any further enquiry directly closed my request, please help me!

                                  I bought through emi basis vide oder id [protected]. And delivered item but found defective. I requested to refund and returned on 16/03/2019. But till now no steps has been taken from snapdeal. Snapdeal not valuing of money.

                                  Please take urgent stpes to refund and returned my decfetive material. I furter request you to give a addrees to whom i can file case in the consumer court. I request refund request vide reference no[protected].

                                    Today i have received a certificate of achievement letter via snapdeal.in which it's clearly mentioning snapdeal.com. It's also mentioned that if i will send my account details they will provide me with some award amount. I wanted to know if it's real or fake. And if it's fake let me know how my details got shared with this anonymous user. Whilst i have given my details only to snapdeal.com. This is clearly violation of our trust we had on the e. Commerce shopping site. Kindly let me know the details asap.
