I want to return this product since it has size issues. I also didn't like the quality of the product.
But snapdeal is refusing to return the product as they found some issues in my account and some transactions that do not pass their internal checks.
Not sure whats the issue.
If the company is providing 7 days easy return option then they should follow it.

Snapdeal was able to resolve the issue. But they responded when I registered a new complaint against the old complain. It took around one month to provide the resolution. The shoe got returned and I got my refund.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by coolsurya If you find any transaction that did not pass your internal check, then please aware the customer regarding the same.
This will help the consumer to be vigil before placing any order and keeping in mind that further return won't be possible.
I request the team to accept the return this time. Next time before placing order I will check with customer care if any return is possible or not if I am not satishfied with the product.

You company is very good for online shopping but need to deliver product fast
