I bought boat basshead 200 earphones of which one got damaged with in 15 days.As product has warranty I had sent them to service center, they said that the product was fake one and they didnot manufactured it and refused to do the service..and then immediatly I tried to contact Snapdeal but no use..they should check before they send that the product is original or not

    I have purchased 2 rare 2nd crop science congress coins from Snapdeal at a price of 2799 and 2800 respectively. After the delivery of the same coins I came to know that these are fake coins sold by Snapdeal. so I initiated for Refund within the stipulated time. But they rejected the same citing ''Unfortunately, we're unable to initiate return/replacement of your item as the item was delivered to you in good condition hence, cannot be returned or replaced''
    They are defrauding people by selling fake products labelled as genuine.I want my money back immediately as i don't want to spend on fake products.

      I ordered fastrack watch the product delivered is not the original product. There is no code and it looks different from the original product. When i checked there is no code on strap and also the colour of fastrack logo is different from original product. One of the code is present with a different digit. I request please take action to stop others from getting cheated.

        Today i received a msg from snapdeal that i have won 1260000 rs. Or tata safari car for which i have to pay 6500 as registration fee. After that thay make a call from this number:-[protected], [protected] then to confirm that i make a whatsapp call on this number:-[protected] (I got this number from website sbapdealprizewinner2018.com) here the person repeat that yes i have won the prize.
        Sir kindly confirm and if this is fake please take legal actions against these person, website (Snapdealprizewinner) and also make sure that personal information of customer should not be share with anyone as these person knows well that when i have ordered what product but how?

          Today morning i received a text message through sms on my mobile from igsnapdl stating that dear customer congratulation, your name and all data is registered in snapdeal ltd company. Today company celebrates 11th anniversary dat so that you have won first prize tata safari or money (1260000?) as your choice. More information cont: [protected] t&c thank you!

          I smelled something phising, hence i have dialled the above number from my landline phone, they replied that the office of snapdeal lucky draw division located at tatanagar, jamshedpur, jarkhand and further he asked what happened sir? Further i didn't reveal anything, i disconnected the call.

          This is a serious issue, you as an international company, please look into the matter a take a prompt action against the culprits to avoid any innocent people may be get trapped into their net.

            At 10:30 am a delivery boy phoned my mother...1 week before i have cancelled my one order but from snapdeal they told us that the delivery is out if the delivery boy contacts you... You tell him to cancel the order... So today the delivery boy phoned my mother.. My mother told him to cancel the order and he misbehaved with my mom

            So snapdeal... Is that what you teach to your delivery boys... If you don't know how to do business just close the damn business 😡😠😠😠

                Hello team,

                I have raised this concern on the same day when i received the product from the courier.

                One thing, i am not understanding snapdeal did schedule the pick up to replace the part when i reported. The courier report has come and said he will not pick it up for missing accessories.

                If the product was shipped in that condition what can i do? I did sanpdeal number daily thrice where i end up with ivr it will not give me a chance to speak to customer rep of snapdeal to notify the issue.

                From day 1 i received the product i was calling the customer care number with no luck.

                I appreciate if some one from snapdeal could reach me on this number [protected] to sort the issue.

                Here, i am looking for refund because its more than a week where i received the product and display unit is missing. I have cancelled the replacement because no one answer my call when dial the phone number listed on your website. You may please come and take the product like how it came because it is of no useful what should i do with the wrist band and charging cable with out main unit.

                Now, i am not getting the option to select for refund for this product which i placed order for 'm3 smart band with heart rate sensor features and many other impressive features, water proof or sweat free compatible with all device (Black)' on 8th march 2018 order id # [protected].

                I am really getting frustrated and it is annoying me for something i paid and the part is not listed. I am not sure how things are going at your end and till now, i haven't received a call from snapdeal and they are least bothered about their services i believe.

                  I had ordered for a pair of sports shoes from snapdeal which was delivered on 28th feb.2019. As i had been out of station to attend a relatives's death memorial service, i could not check the shoes and on my return back to mumbai when i checked the shoes, i found them to be smaller is size and hence wanted to have the same returned back to snapdeal.

                  However, as the return period was only 7 days, the last date for return was 8th march 2019 and the online app would not accept my return request. Hence, i sent an email on 9th march 2019 to the helpdesk requesting for the return in view of the above circucmstances but snapdeal reverted back stating that since the return period had already expired, they could not entertain my request.

                  This is very rigid way of doing business and hence i made another request but the same reply. I have been a regular customer of snapdeal which can be verified by checking my past order history but since they are so rigid, i would like to sever my relationship with them and also make others aware of their unethical business practices where they do not consider a genuine customer request but stand by their rigid policies.

                    I purchased 2 watches in snapdeal one on 26th feb and one on 8th march. I got my fist watch with scratches and it was not functional so, i returned it and bought a different model watch on 8th march which was broken and completely different from what i ordered so i tried to return it and raised a return request on 15th march and today i see that the request closed as it did not pass through their quality check.                       Recently i purchased the casio edifice watch model no. Efr-539l at rs.1196/- whereas the same watch on the other e-commerce site was at approx rs.7800. I thought it would be a good deal but to my surprise i got a duplicate or as they say first / second / third copy. The product looks exactly similar to original when checked closely the model no. Was mentioned as efr-539. The letter "l" was missing. Additionally, the strap on the watch was that of plastic and not leather and was also of a different color which did not match as per the image. Have attached the original image from another e-comm site

                            Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
                            Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, insteas contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal....

                              Few days back i ordered an item from snapdeal. On 10th of march'2019, a message popped up in my phone displaying "your item has been delivered.", whereas i didn't received the item. After trying to connect over the customer care number given in the app, i couldn't talk to any of the customer care executive as that function is not available. So tried searching for some snapdeal customer care numbers over the google so that i could talk to them in phone rather than sending mails. So got some numbers from the google displaying online customer care numbers of snapdeal.
                              I want to say that those numbers where of fraud people who depicted themselves as snapdeal customer care executives. They were in order to hack my online transaction app such as phone pe, google pay etc by making me download some app which could display them my complete move on my phone, like the pin that is used while transaction in apps like phone pe, google pay etc. They said that they will refund my money back at present and when i asked about what is the need of that remote desktop software, they said that this is just for verification purpose. What is the verification done over here? I didnot get that. I never heard of an online shopping site asking about verification in such manner. I somehow rescued myself from their trick of hacking people's account and stealing money online.

                              I would ask snapdeal to take strict actions against such phone numbers and people who are misusing their name and taking advantage of customers.

                                      The epilator i received was used. The blades had hair stuck in them. The box was torn from several places. It was just held together with a load of celotape.
