I have received a call from snapdeal that you are the winner of first prize of snapdeal site. That is mahindra xuv 500. If you want this you can pay 8450 rupees. I can't understand this is call from snapdeal site or this is the fake call. Please resolve my problem. So also please tell me that how can l understand, the call is fake or not. This person know my name and my shopping details also, how its possible

    So what do i do about this message, i received a call about same asking for my account number. So they will transfer the money and i need to pay a registration charge after the transfer of money by them.

    Please look into this. Is this a scam that's running around??

        The epilator i received was used. The blades had hair stuck in them. The box was torn from several places. It was just held together with a load of celotape. I paid the full amount, but still received a used product. Highly inappropriate and disgusting. Been emailing the help center every day. The website isn't showing a return option. Unacceptable

            I place a order of wireless headphone worth rate 4538/. I was done advance payment through credit card thing that its easiest for me to pay the credit card money through easist emi option. I was received my order on 5th march. My mother has received the order. When i came night from a job than i open the box and i found a poor quality headset with wire. I immediatly raised a refund request through app and estemet picked up date was showing on 6th march. But no one did not picked the item and thay reply on 11th that we did not able to refund as your order did not passed our quality checks without picking the item. I do multiple mail but not getting satisfactory reply.. I also do call on customer care but only ivr is played and no option to speak cuatomer care executive. I required my money back at any cost. Very fraud and harashment experience

On 11th march 2019 i received a letter from snapdeal containing a scratch and win card along with a letter wherein the redemption rules were stated. Plus there was a certificate of achievement written in bold letters congratulating me for winning rs 1, 00, 000 cash prize.

              Dear all,

              I ordered a fossil fs4682 metal mens chronograph watch from snapdeal on 24th feb 2019 for rs 2328/- (Order id [protected]).

              I received the product the product on march 03rd 2019, since i was not at all satisfied with the quality of the product, i requested for the return of the product on that day itself

              From march 3rd 2019 till today, they are just postponding the pick up date.

              First it was march 7th, now it has been postponded to march 15th 2019, which is totally unacceptable.

              I wrote several mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, asking when they are going to pickup the product, they are replying that the delay is happening due to unavoidable circumstances from the courier end, which is ridiculous.

              I request you to please intervene at the earliest, so that they are picking up the product asap and returning my money.

              I am adding screenshots if order id, pickup scheduled dates, also the reply which i got from snapdeal

              Dear All, I am happy to inform that i have received the refund from snapdeal today, I believe if consumer complaint forum have not intervened, this wouldn't have been possible. For all snapdeal customers out there, please don't fall for the unbelievable insane discounted products in snapdeal, they are 100 fake products. it may not be the fault of snapdeal . because snapdeal being just a, market place, they may not have a proper mechanism to find out how authentic their sellers are, but it is costing to lose a lot of customers.

              Please intervene, till now no step has been taken by snapdeal, to resolve my issue, i am sure that my money is lost in this case.

              Not even a single call from snapdeal side, apart from the ready made template they post each time I log a complaint.

                I have recieved fake calls and waats app messages that u have browsed in snapdeal and selected for free gift in 100 members mahindra xuv car wroth rupees 17 l. U have to pay 17, 000 for transcation fees. How they now i have browsed in snapdeal. She said my address pincode i have given in snapdeal account. How they know my adress pincode and mobile number. Snapdeal is giving customers information to any fraud company? I think snapdeal is not safe app and shopping company.

                I buyer a nokia basic handset and used 2 days. After 2 days phone is dead i doubt it's a fake product. I want to replace that item but snap deal says return is not possible. I've sent a complaint to customer care but no reply

                  I got this product maybelline, colossal super black kajal and lip balms. All the products are fake. In some of the products the manufacturing date is written as 2020, (how's that even possible we are still in 2019). Please look itno the matter. These fake cosmetics can may even cause infection and allergy to someone.

                    I vikrant singh, hav ordered a shoes nike air presto from snapdeal bearing order id:[protected]and suborder code:[protected]t the product was not upto the mark, so i decided to return it but the company was denied to pick the item from the delivered address and ask us to courier it. When i courier it through prime trackon on 18jan2019 on the address mentioned on their return form, i also uploaded the courier receipt on the my order section of snapdeal but from that day they only reviewing my courier reciept and courier will be came back with the reason that the address was not right so i request them many times to change my pick up address or some customer care executive contact us but no reply was given by the company except with mail always written with wordings sorry for inconvenience, then again they mail us to courier the item with new return form but address was same from where once item came back, but i go to dtdc courier company to again courier it but they denied and told us that the particular address is not having courier facility, i[censored] again courier it, it will came back, afterwards many times, i mail snapdeal but they do not contact us. So please take some action against them. I'm uploading both return form, courier reciept and order detail.

                      I have ordered M2 waterproof water but they give me a cent box for 1st time then i replace the order and the confirm to replace the order, now i get m2 water only not charger and cable at all only watch only i got. now i refund the order., the order return request has been closed what is the meaning of it.

                        Today 09/03/2019, i received a letter from snapdeal to my home in kerala which states that i have won 1 lakh rupees on online shopping lucky draw contest. Also i received a scratch & win card as well. For claiming this, i will have to call helpline number for the same. How did snapdeal got my home address??? I do not have a snapdeal account as well.

                          Dear team consumer complaints,
                          I am waiting for your due response on my addressed grievance that you have unethically marked my subject complaint registered in december 2018 as "resolved". I am confirming once again that there is no tangible action by snapdeal to resolve any of my many addressed grievances/complaints. So, my registered complaint stands rock solid as of now.

                          It's the prerogative of only the complainant to withdraw any registered complaint in a transparent manner in writing, as and when there is some solution/resolution by the defaulting company against who a complaint is lodged. The very purpose of lodging such a complaint and justifying the necessity of your portal is to let know gullible thousands others to be wary of such influential players indulging in cheating and hurtful actions to make fast bucks illegally/unethically.

                          You are not supposed to act on the basis of any comment/feedback from the defaulting company. You can mark as "resolved" any complaint only on a written submission/consent of the complainant, like me. Please maintain professional integrity and restore immediately my original complaint with all comments/responses thereto and inform me to my registered email id as soon as possible.
                          Else, consumer complaints portal would be construed as a party in collusion with the failing/wicked companies under reference. As you know, all such material posted here and elsewhere are under the watch of state agencies who may act in due course of time, however late it maybe!

                            I have placed the order on 25th january 2019 for the respective earphones but received an alternative colour so i have ordered for replacement with the willing colour but i haven't received it so i opted for refund. It was said that the refund will be by 6th march 2019 but we haven't have any response till now. So i would like to know some infomation about the refund. I want it to be done as soon as possible

                                  It is very regretted to inform that I have placed order for Rosra multicolor analog watches pack of 2 (Gents & Ladies)at Rs.346/- x 2 quantity and paid Rs. 692/- But only one pack received from your firm. Then I returned the received 1 item to your company for getting 2 quantity of items up to the cost paid by me at Rs.692/-.As per your offer each qty of pack 2 was Rs. 346/- only. So I am eligible to get 2 nos items for Rs.692/-. But only one item was supplied after the replacement . 1 item is now pending with your firm. So I request kindly supply one more item to me or refund the cost of analog watches pack of 2 worth Rs, 346/- at the earliest .

                                      Wrong product recieved in return... Buyer scamed by sending back a cheap item in return.

                                      Item in question here sub order id - [protected]

                                      Item worth over 1500 was sent to the buyer and the buyer in return sent back an item not even worth 10 rupees.

                                      On raising complaint aginst the returned item what snapdeal reverts back is
                                      -

                                      "we would like to inform you that your claim request for wrong product received for sub order id [protected] cannot be processed on account of the reason (S) mentioned below: • the customer returned the product because they have also received a different product. • our quality check (Qc) confirmed the customer’s concerns. • qc also confirmed wrong product received which was initially shipped from your location. • customer received the product in intact condition without any tampering & same was dispatched at your end and this product also listing on your panel.in order to reduce the number of returns, would request you to identify the recurring issues by reviewing customer complaints and take corrective action. You can view the qc images."

                                      What is outraging here is the snapdeal reason to decline our claims -
                                      "• the customer returned the product because they have also received a different product."
                                      - how did snapdeal verify this?

                                      "• our quality check (Qc) confirmed the customer’s concerns."
                                      -how did qc confirmed the customer's concern?

                                      "• qc also confirmed wrong product received which was initially shipped from your location."
                                      - did qc opened the parcel before handing over to the buyer that the qc confirmed wrong product received?

                                      What more outraging and exposes snapdeal's lie is that the item that we recived back from the buyer, same item is listed in our catalog
                                      "• customer received the product in intact condition without any tampering & same was dispatched at your end and 'this product also listing on your panel.'"

                                      Please show me where this item is listed in my catalog?

                                      This was the 3rd case of buyer fraud against us on snapdeal. And with this we are very much clear that snapdeal is facilitating the buyers to scam the sellers

                                      Such blatant lies from snapdeal

                                      Shame...

                                      Let us make it very clear, we wont be digesting this fraud so easy. We will take all possible legal measures to make snapdeal pay for it.
