[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Bajaj 25 ltr geyser | |||
In the month of nov 2015 I ordered a 25 ltr bajaj geyser on Snapdeal. The geyser started leaking in 3 months. As i was under warranty i asked for replacement which didn't happen. After calling customer care many times as a regular job I finally got a replacement as a time being with a 50 lts geyser. They told me it was for sometime. As it is there is so much water scarcity in bangalore and inspite of requesting Snapdeal many times for a 25 ltr one I have not received any reply. I would now want to move to the consumer court if I fail to get a replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
