[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Bluetooth | |||||
Sir i ordered a samsung Bluetooth model no. hm1100 via snapdeal on 26th august 2016 order no.[protected] worth Rs 690.But when i received it the model was HM 0000 written on bluetooth .also in the features it was mentioned that it has a backup of 14 hrs but it does not work for more then 30 mins. Also the ear clip was in tempered condition and after using it for 1 day it broke up.I request you to please take stern action against the concerned and replace my Bluetooth as soon as possible.
