[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — BookMyShow voucher | |||
OK, So I thought I should use the 100rs BookMyShow voucher offer currently on Snapdeal.com. I downloaded the app and signed in the app on 24th December, 14. T&C says you'll receive the voucher within 24hrs. No voucher till 25th, I opened a ticket in Snapdeal.com support and an executive replied with few more T&C. I called again on 26th and one of the executive asked me to download the BookMyShow app which is not even mentioned anywhere. Still, I downloaded the app and signed in again, no sign of any voucher. I again emailed at [protected]@snapdeal.com and no one bothered to reply, again on 27th I emailed [protected]@snapdeal.com and again I got an email saying, "Sorry for you inconvenience. We have raised a complaint...blah..blah..." Didn't expect such an irresponsible behavior from a company so good as Snapdeal.com. Companies promoting such offers should know that its not like you are giving away free vouchers to people and if you don't come up with such offers people will stop watching movies, its something you are doing for your benefit, for increasing user acquisitions.
