[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — call fraud

Today i got a call telling that they are from snapdeal.. And i have won lucky draw contest. They said they will deliver my prize out if four prizes. They are telling to buy any product for minimum 4000 and then they will send product+prize. I have emailed to snapdeal regarding this.. But no response from there.. Just only auto generated response that they will solve in next 24 hours..
I am certain that it is fraud call. But atlest snapdeal should claerify it.
Caller no +[protected] and name :trisha sen from kolkata.
He had also my account purchase history.
Has my account been compromised?
