[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — casual in delivery | |
Don't order anything from Snapdeal.com. I ordered a product on 10 th September. I got a massage from snapdeal that they will deliver my product within 15th September through bluedart courier. But when i tried to track my product on 20th i found that my ordered item was already goneback. The courier company also didnot inform anything.. Snapdeal also didnot show any interest to know whether the product is deliver or not.
When i call customer care of snapdeal, then someone told me that courier boy visited 2/3 time in my house. But the actual matter is i didn't get even a single call from courier comny. Without informing me they send back my product.
Guys don't order anything from snapdeal.com. It's totally time waste. Was this information helpful? | |
