Snapdeal.com — Cell phone Battery not delivered with the phone | |

The Complaint:
We ordered a cellphone from snapdeal " Micromax Q55 - Black". We receieved the cell phone around a month ago but when we open the box we did not find the battery.
We logged a complaint. Snapdeal promised us to refund the amount for battery so that we can buy the battery from the market.
We went to many shops and Micromax service centers but could not find the battery. So without a battery the cellphone is waste for us.
We asked for a return of the product and refund. Snapdeal agrred for refund and we sent all the account details to then to transfer the money. However, we got a call (
After I posted complaint on Facebook) that they will be delivering the baterry in 2 days. We wiated for a week but did not receive any battery.
There is no response from Snapdeal after this. We have wriiten many mails and calls but no resolution.
We are escallating this via variups forums so that we could receive our money and the Snapdeal should not cheat customers in this way.
