Actually I received same letter format from yours, the company name has changed, I received it's from Flipkart.
Never created account. receive emails daily. Some person named Preet in India has used my email to create account. Snapdeal Help of no use. They say they cannot remove account. They repeatably try to call me on Preets Phone # which they say isn't being answered. Even after giving them my phone number repeatably.
