Snapdeal.com — Changing of seller (authorized brand seller to unauthorised brand seller) | |||||
I am very unhappy with the services in received from your snapdeal.com website. I wanted to buy a laptop hp pavilion 13-s102tu x360 13.3-inch notebook (Intel core i3-6100u / 4 gb ddr3l / 1tb hard drive / windows 10 / intel hd graphics 520 / fullhd / multi touch). Selected seller from the product page seller list tabtree, as it is brand authorised also clearly mentioned on the snapdeal page further mentioned in hp. But when i check the details by going through the order history it says that the seller is mega computer. The following order i made in 2 days time for the same product because of the snapdeal mistake. Order id: [protected] dt. 05/04/2016, rs. 40, 280 selected cash on delivery [protected] dt. 04/04/2016, amount paid rs. 39, 794 through net banking [protected] dt. 04/04/2016 amount paid rs. 39, 796 through net banking I spend more than 6 hours in this whole process but i still did not get any solution. I have paid rs. 79590/- in total for nothing. I had also taken the print out of your website indicating the price with the seller tabtree. So it cant be denied that the product were in stock with the price i paid or payable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
