Snapdeal.com — Company promised creditcard emi conversion however didn't | |||||
I purchased a micromax telivision from snapdeal on 13 march 2016 and opted for the credit card emi option. However when i got my bank statement i was charged rs16016, however it was not in the form of emi but the entire amount which is i have to pay to my bank, i had a word with my bank they mentioned snapdeal didn't convert the price into emi, and bank can't do anything about it as it is a merchant emi option. They also have sent me email regarding that. I complained to snapdeal about the same on 20 march 2016, but they have not taken any action at all, they keep on calling me with lame excuse as they will fix it, and keep on asking for more time.They are not doing anything and now i have to pay my bank the entire amount all together, my issue is when i chose that option why they didn't convert it and on top of that they are not solving the issue. My ref number given by snapdeal is 21128235. I have all the proof that they are wrong. Please help me. I have all the documents. Please provide me with a email or a link where i can upload them as they are not in jpg format Was this information helpful? | |||||
