I HAVE PURCHASED A HITECH MOBILE SET G3i IN SEPT 2014 .ORDER ID-[protected] PLACED ON 11.09.2014 TIME 14.32.07 .IN ADDRESS 16/77 B, ICAI BHAWAN CIVIL LINES, KANPUR.YOU HAVE GIVEN ONE YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY .MOBILE 'S DISPLAY HAS BECAME BLIND AFTER THREE MONTH. WHEN I WENT TO HITECH SERVICE CENTRE IN EXPREE ROAD KANPUR SERVICE CENTRE NAME - SHRI RAM SALES & SERVICE .THE EXECUTIVE REG COMPLAINT AND CHECH THE MOBILE THEN TOLD ME THAT THIS MOBILE HAS ALREADY REPAIRED AND DISPLAY IS IN MOBILE IS DUPLICATE .BUT SIR THIS IS NOT TRUE .MOBILE IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD AND NOT REPAIRED ANYWHERE BY ME . HE ALSO TOLD ME I SENT YOUR SET TO CO FOR REPAIRING BUT REPAIRING IS NOT SURE BEACAUSE DISPLAY IS DUPLICATE.THE TIME PERIOD IS GIVEN ME AFTER 25-45 DAYS. SIR TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR THIS. I THOUGHT THAT THIS IS CHEATING AND I WILL COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER FORUM. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE .SERVICE INVOICE COPY ATTACH HEREWITH.
