My mode of purchase was cash on delivery, order date 04/august/2019, invoice date 05/august/2019despatch doc no (Awb[protected] rate 227.12 igst rs 40.88, total rs 268

I regularly order products at snapdeal company, but today i received this product and opened the packet it was damaged, the glass was cracked also.
Kindly please replace my order or refund my cash, as soon as possible. If yo want more clarification please feel free to contact me.
