[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Damaged mobile sent - no pickup was initiated | |||||
I have bought a open box intex cloud jewel mobile in snapdeal.. Order id: [protected].. The mobile which i recieved was damaged and sim slot is not working.. Lot of scratches in battery... Screen gaurd missing inside the box.. Immedietely contacted the customer service on the same when i recieved the mobille and service person visited next day and he also said the mobile damaged but he reported the remarks as resolved.. He was reported the false information.. Even you can check the job sheet, it was clearly mentioned.. Customer service are asking me to visit service center.. For battery and mobile scratches, accessories missing case what service center will do for that.. I wont visit any service center.. Still the pickup was not initiated.. Worst customer service ever i seen.. I need the mobile to be picked up and i need full amount as refund.. I want to esclate this to snapdeal ceo.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
