I am here for highlight the blunder which i am facing from the last 3 days. On 2nd october 2018 i made a order through snapdeal which order no. Was [protected] (Prestige pht 04 4 burner glass auto hob top). I have to give this product to my mother on their very special day. But a Very big thanks to snapdeal they made this day to big disaster. I got this product on 10th october at Afternoon. We found this package in damage condition, when we opened this package we found the glass of this hob top is broken. For this verification i have attached the photographs. Immediately i made the return request at same time, almost 54 hrs have been passed i have not received any single phone call from snapdeal customer care team. Also i have notice in invoice & on package i found that piece which i have received is manufactured of September 2015. So i have got 3 years old product. Is it really possible that at the time of 2018, i may Received 3 years old piece. Why i am writing this message here that please dont go to sanpdeal for online shopping beacause they dont have any customer care team for service. They have only computer system supported customer care. You can only press 1 press 2 press 3 etc. But they dont have any press 9 for contact the executive for verbal communication. Now i am looking for some legal solution for this. Please please keep distance from snapdeal as they dont have snap deal they only have loot deal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
