[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Defective goods delivered

I purchased a Symphony Water cooler from snapdeal and they delivered defective product. The cooler is malfunctioning from day one and Snapdeal denied to refund/ return. They wasted more then 15 days and then said 15 days passed away so we are closing your request.
