[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — defective product delivered | |||||
I ordered Nokia 3220 from snapdeal and product delivered to me on dated :- 13th June 2018. The product was defected delivered to me and I registered complaint against the product on same date. It was assured to me that product will be pick up from my location and money will be credited to my account. I received one email from snapdeal that pickup was failed without any reason. My parents were available at home for same day and nobody came at that day. I request you to refund my money on that account which I have shared with snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
