Snapdeal.com — Defective Product Order

I haven’t received any revert for my below complained.

Dear Kunal and Team,
This is in reference to the Food processor I purchased online from your portal .I have chosen the snap deal to gifted that food processor to my brother for his marriage Yesterday I have received a call from my brother as the processor was not working at all. It was really embracement for me when my brother informed that this is a defective product which you had gifted to me and hanged up the call.
So I called your service centre and got it checked with the technician and he checked thoroughly and specified a defect in the product. He assured me that it will be repaired by given the complaint no [protected] but not been replaced with new one. Well I am writing to complaint that I am not interested in getting my product repaired rather since it is a defective piece I demand a new working piece in replacement. I had been used your services first time . I am really disappointed the way everything was handled and never expected such kind of bad experience from one of the most reputed website of online shopping in India .I believe you will look in to the matter and help me get another new piece.

I hope you will take the necessary action.
