[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delay in delivery of order | |||||
I had ordered redmi note 3 on 27 october at 00.23 am, and choose express delievery by paying rs. 100 extra. they promise to deliever my order upto 28 october. i did not received my order yet. I already try to call him but they charge rs 1 per minute and have waiting for approx half hour to speak with customer executive. I report my complaint throug email but they did not report nothing. Total loss of mine is :- My respect :- i had ordered it for my friend and i am not unable to gift him today, i want to sue case against snapdeal of rs 20 lakh to disrespect me. Rs 100 :- for express delievery Feeling cheating :- case of fraud u/s 420 ipc should also be filed against them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
