[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delayed in refund of money | |||
I ORDER A XOLO ERA 2 MOBILE AS ON DATED 17 DEC, 2016 WIDE ORDER NO - [protected] and Online payment of 4050 Rs/- after bank discount . and Cancel the order same day . As per snapdeal Payment Returned in my account as on dated[protected], but till to date i have no received any payment, also shared bank statement to Snapdeal customer care e mail id [protected]@snapdeal.com and always only one reply from snapdeal "your refund of Rs. 4050 has been processed successfully" and shared transaction ARN no -75503726356010747574393 and says contact to bank branch . And when call to PNB Branch customer care he is saying Contact to snapdeal and he is not able to search Payment. Very bad experience with snap deal . Was this information helpful? | |||
