Dear Snapdeal 1. I purchased Lenovo Mobile P780 (Black) mobile through Snapdeal Agency online on 11 Sep 2014. Mobile get defective after three months. I handed over the mobile to authorized (HCL Lenovo Mobile repair service station Nehru Place New Delhi) for repair vide HCL workorder No -SRIN[protected] Dt 17 Jan 2015 . But HCL authorized service station is not accepting the Invoice given by Snap Deal Agency. Not providing me free Warranty. Reason IMEI No mentioned on Mobile is different from Invoice (a) IMEI s.No mentioned on Mobile - [protected] (b) But IMEI No mentioned on invoice of Snapdeal - [protected] 2. Details of mobile are given below:- Name of Purchaser : Jaishi Kuthyal Mobile No : [protected] Type of Mobile : Lenovo P780 Black Dt of Purchase ; 11 Sep 2014 Invoice No : 28E682/14-15/29036 Dt 11 Sep 2014 Price : 14500/- IMEI S.No : [protected] Order No : [protected] Selling Agency : Snapdeal (Online) 3. I have been compelled to put up the case in front of Consumer court. Reason Online agencies are selling the products, but their Invoices are not accepted by Manufacturer.
