[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivered empty box instead of an item worth rs, 1490/- cod. ecom courier | |||||
Ordered an item worth Rs 1490/- via snapdeal.com. Recieved the parcel via ecom express courier. Paid COD. Package was opened and found an empty box instead of the item. Lodged a complaint against the retailer on their website in 27th feb. They made 2 phone calls to me to see what can be done. Two men from ecom courier came to see the empty package which they found to be tampered with white tape. They took snaps of it and had it in writing the whole case on 4th march 2016. Today 8th march snapdeal.com sent me a massage that they cannot replace the product as it was delivered in good shape. Which is farce, deceptive and misleading. They sent the mail via automated sender which does not recieve mails. They are frauds and best be avoided. Was this information helpful? | |||||
