[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delivered packet contains rin soap instead of xiaomi mi5 mobile | |||
I ordered for a refurbished xiaomi mi5 black 32 gb on 29th of july, 2018 (Order id: [protected] dated. 29th july) and the item was scheduled to be delivered by 11th of august. However, snapdeal courier delivered the packet today (5th august) at 7:40 pm. After opening the packet i found it did not contain any mobile set but contained a rin soap bar 40 gm, a white ear phone and an adapter. This is fraud and cheating. I tried to contact snapdeal but could get through the line. I am at a loss because i have already paid 12999/- using my credit card. I would request snapdeal management to refund my money immediately and terminate contract with the concerned seller and courier service company and file a case against them.
