[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivery of default item on replacement or refund till date | |||||
I have ordered a unboxed asus zooad zenfone 2 on 22 sept' 2016 and subsequently made payment via net banking with sbi, the product was delivered on 29th sept. However product was default and date of manufacture was june 2014. Product was not working hence i have returned on 04.10.2016 via dtdc courier voucer no. K92049969 from doomdooma, tinsukia, assam. However i have no knowledge about the development till date. Snapdeal is happened to be best e. Commerce co in india. We definitely do not expect this Type of attitude from the snapdeal. I humbly request before stepping up to next course of action from self, my refund or replacement may please be made at an earlier date. My complain no.30948630 and order no.[protected].
