[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivery of Product | |||||
I ordered a Jeans from Snapdeal on 8th September 2016, it was supposed to be delivered on 13th September, it has not reached me yet. Got a mail today saying product could not be delivered, while I was available on the given address whole day from 13th sep till today, neither did anyone tried to deliver nor did I get any call from courier guy. Very bad service from Snapdeal, you should implement the way Flipkart works. Their courier guys are always before time, also they give you call before delivering the product.
