Even after so many news about wrong shipment and customer grievances I still had some faith in Snapdeal considering the reputation of the owner involved. However after my current case I totally support all those news about the incompetence at the office of Snapdeal. I had ordered a I-Phone 6 but the company has delivered me the U.S model of I-Phone 6 which cannot be used in India and niether can it be serviced at any Apple store in India. Even after many complaints from the last 20-25 days, no refunds or replacement has been done by the company.
