[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delivery person | |||
I have ordered fasttrack analog watch worth rs.2049/- and it has come to me but of different color. So, i have returned it to the delivery person and he didn't return the money and he told me that in the process of return, they cannot return back the money and he told the snapdeal gives me the information about the delivery. But i didn't hear anything and in my orders in snapdeal it is shiwing that it attempted three times to deliver but failed. So, it is returning it to seller. Where is the money paid by me then?
