[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — different item send | |||
I have purchased a toshiba 2 tb hard disk @3499 on cod mode and they sent me a wallet and card holder in the packet. When i complaint snap deal regarding this they said the seller does not shipped the item yet. On the other side i got a message from snap deal that the item is already shipped and will reach to you in 2 to 3 days. I have taken the picture immediately and sent it to snap deal. I am attaching all the pictures of proof. My order id : [protected] Snapdeal reference no : 44796941. Either they have leaked my data or seller on snapdeal is running a scam and in both the cases snapdeal is responsible for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal team called after raising a complain on different consumer forum including "consumercomplaints.in" and this time they listened to my issue and understand the gap.
After doing some investigation they gave me a call back for returning my money back. And within 3 days I got it credited to my account.
