[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product | |||
First of all i got a duplicate shoe of vans and when i requested for return the very next day it showed me pickup date of 2 to 4 working days after that it got rescheduled and without any reason i have to reschedule it but nobody turned up till date and when mailed writing my request for return i got reply that return period of 7 days is over so i won't get any refund and that only in the afternoon a courier for pickup came to collect it and went with the duplicate shoes. And it does not have any customer care number for registering complain or discuss about any problems. Poor service liar and duplicate product seller cheap service. Was this information helpful? | |||
