[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product | |||||
I have ordered a nokia 3310 from snapdeal and received a duplicate product. I instantly requested to request the product as soon as sensed the duplicate product. I tried to call the customer service but they don't have any calling support where you can talk to a representative they just have an automated voice which is of no use. I mailed them several times and they give a reply that they have acknowledged the ticket. Now its been several weeks since i am with that crap and i don't know what to do with that. Problems related to the product is: 1. It was not sealed from the inside. 2. Imei no. Of the box is not matching with the mobile imei no. 3. The box is of red colored mobile but inside there is grey color mobile (I ordered grey color). 4. Key no. 5 is not working in the mobile. 5. Bill contains the imei no. Of the box but not of the mobile. Hence, i am not eligible for the warranty too.
