[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product

I had ordered a fastrack watch from snapdeal. But i recive a duplicate watch. I want to replace my item but they are not giving me any response. Please help to resolve my issue. They are selling duplicte product. I want to replace my duplicate watch for the original watch but snapdeal is not replacing my order they are returning it. But i want to replace it not to return it.
