[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product- fastrack watch | |||||
Hello Team, I had ordered a Fastrack watch. It had some issue within one month of purchase. When I went to company outlet they rejected any assistance stating it as a duplicate product. I was surprised to be rejected. I asked them to show me how it differs from the original product. They showed me the company watches the same model & color I had ordered. It had many quality differences. I want it to be replaced with an original piece. Even they asked me to complain & pass a copy of complaining to the fastrack company office. Bill copy is attached.
