[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — duplicate product received and not turned up to for pick up/refund

I booked a reebok shoe on 14th aug. And by paying additional amount of rs-175 for courier.

I received the product on 23rd aug.

After opening the pack i was surprised to notice that it is duplicate product and the label for reebok is wrongly placed.

I requested for return of the product and refund of the money immediately after receiving.

I received an update that it will be picked up for return with in next 24-48 hrs.
Everyday morning i will be receiving the same message but nobody turns up to collect.

Request you all not to buy a single product from this so called snapdeal.
I felt they are just cheating customers in the broad day light.
I will file a case in consumer court if they fail to return my money back.

There is no way to contact the customer care through phone call.
I sent several mails to take care my request but there is no response.

I surprise if this company exists in india and if exists if anybody is working or it is a fake company which is making all people fool.

I was lured by the price discount offered by Snapdeal.
Request you all to avoid such things from Snapdeal in future.

I am just wondering how this organization is still operating and why no such actions are initiated from anybody.
I request/will appeal Govt of India to penalize not only in terms of money even it should be in terms of civil code for action.
The responsible people should be jailed for such practice which is nothing but waste of time and money.

I purchased a Casio ma 150 Mini Keyboard with order ID [protected] as no adopter provided so i raise return request but no person from snap deal came for pick up item & without informing request closed .
