[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product received | |||||
I have ordered for a samsung level u bluetooth headset and received a counterfeit product. I called up immediately after opening the package to register the complaint with snapdeal. No response and mailed to the email address [protected]@snapdeal.com. Got a reply saying the return cannot be processed without any reason. There is no call centre executive with whom i can raise my concern. The toll free number gives only selections and resolves nothing. Request to help me with this.
