[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product received in the name of original | |||||
I ordered a fastrack watch from snapdeal and before buying the same I had asked through a mail about the genuineness of the product and assured me that snapdeal sells genuine products but when confirmed the product with fastrack shop they told me that this product is the duplicate/replica/1st copy and not original one. Now I want a refund of the money but they are not replying me and contact no which they had provided is either switched off or doesn't exist. Don't what to do, waiting for the answer or else I WILL RAISE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SNAPDEAL IN CONSUMER COURT FOR SELLING DUPLICATE PRODUCT. Was this information helpful? | |||||
