[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — False promises on delivery period display | |||||
In spite of repeated complaints there was no response or corrective action from this company. Their helpline kept on giving false promises that someone will give a call from office to resolve or explain but there is no action. These people had displayed on website that goods have been handed over to courier on 19th Oct 2016. There is no Name to courier. No further update till date. Today morning goods were delivered by Hometown. Snapdeal staff is as usual clueless and absolutely disorganized. Snap deal is hopeless and irresponsible company. May this company suffer huge losses.
