[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — False "Return policy" | |||
Snapdeal offers a deal under name of "Trust Pay" in which the goods can be returned in 7 days if found unsatisfactory. I have purchased a refrigerator under this scheme. Order ID: [protected] Order Placed on :[protected] Payment made via credit card. After receiving the fridge on 13-Dec-2014, i was not satisfied with the size of the fridge and hence requested for the return order. Return request no[protected]. I was not approached by Snapdeal in the next 7 days. On the 6th day, i raised a reminder since the return policy calls for 7 days return. On 8th day i got a email reply from the Snapdeal saying that my product does not fall in return policy although the same is mentioned even on the order email.
