[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Faulty iball tablet delivered, requested for refund but no responses | |||||
Reference number: 20101954 Order number: [protected] Hi, I received iball tablet on 27th february 2016. The product was a faulty one( display is flickering and display becomes blank). The very next day (28th february 2016) i raised a complaint for refund my amount. In your site you have mentioned that 7 day easy returns policy, 3 weeks are over now and nothing happens. I called customer care many times and they told me that technician will come to you home and pickup your tablet. No one called me or picked up my product yet. When i call customer care executives they will told issue will resolve within 24 hours, they made a complaint to higher authority etc. Actually i really fed up with all these kind of stuffs.I just wanted to know how long it will take to get my refund. Mar 30, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved First of all great thanks to this forum. I didn't get proper reply for the last 3 weeks and after filing complaint in this forum, i got my refund within 5 days. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
