Snapdeal.com — FAULTY INFOCUS M2 MOBILE DELIEVERED AND NOT READY TO REPLACE WITH FRESH PIECE AT DOORSTEP

My name is HITESH. M.SHARMA. I ordered Infocus M2 on 11th of march which was delivered to me on 14th of march. The details of order are as follows: Order Id : [protected] Order Placed on: Mar 11, 2015 Paid Amount : Rs. 4999 InFocus M2 Status : Delivered But on 16th of march I came to know about camera flash and TORCH functions are not working. I contacted on snapdeal CC about that faulty piece delivered to me . Each and every front desk executive gave me Service center numbers which were almost 6 in total. Each and every number was either wrong or does not exists. Then I spoke to one of senior executive she told me to pack it as it was delivered and courier it to snapdeal on my own risk and paying to the courier. She told me to download a form from the link given in my mail address and take a print out of that form and paste it on the box in which my order was delivered. Then further she said that if the delivery reached us intact then they will check and will dispatch the fresh piece in next 4-5days if available. I was just shocked after hearing about such a hectic process of replacing the faulty piece with no guarantee of replacement due to unavailability of the product.So I denied of following the hectic process and demanded a fresh piece of INFOCUS M2 replacement at my door step as I'm totally not responsible for the company delivering a faulty piece and its snapdeals duty to replace the piece with fresh one at customers doorstep. But no one was ready to listen. Then I mailed all the details to customer support. In a reply an executive called me up and tried to convenience me and apologized . He said I will arrange a pickup through our courier but does not assured me about the replacement and time duration. Instead he said as soon as the faulty piece reaches us he will try his best to make a REFUND sooner. After listening to him I totally denied for refund and stuck on my door replacement of fresh piece . He is then tried to convenience me by offering SD cash of Rs300 to be credited in my account with which I can buy anything from snapdeal. I again did I not accepted his offer and told him I do not need any single rupee as a gift to quietly do as u say . I just told him to follow a very simple process is replacement as company does during order delivery. But he denied saying its not in companies policy. Then I asked him to give me a GENUINE NUMBER for SERVICE CENTER in Mumbai. I was again shocked after knowing that the number which he provided to me of a service center was of CHINA, , , so HORRIBLE. Then I searched for Infocus service centers available in mumbai, I was manage to get one after searching for a long time . But to my one more horrible experience the SERVICE CENTER is far long from my home around 2 and a half hour to reach there. Upon I explained the service center guy about my issue and requested him to solve the faulty function on the place and told him that I can wait there until it is done as it was not possible to travel again to collect the piece because first of all it is far away and secondly I don't have any alternative piece . But does not gave any assuarrance for that. Now I am really very disappointed by After sales service of SNAPDEAL because they were completely failed to gain CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION just for a replacement of faulty piece. ELSE i can say that I was literally cheated by a lucrative offer given to customer on a totally faulse commitment.They only know to sale a product any how to people in anyway for earning profits but they are not concerned about After sale service which I most important point to gain 100% customer satisfaction. I feel really very frustrated as it was my first ever by from a online company and in a first attempt I was cheated by delivering a faulty product and not ready to replace it at customers doorstep and making me forcefully use the faulty product . I was a first and last time for me to buy a Infocus brand from FOXCOM and from SNAPDEAL... I have even purchased a silicon case and molife scratch guard which I I've sticked on my device. And frankly telling u that I needed a white colour piece but was not available, so I purchased this black one . Now if I really wants to replace this piece then pls request u to give me a white fresh piece. THNAKU. MY DETAILS ARE MENTIONED WITH MY ORDER ID IN UR SYSTEM
