Order Number -[protected] Sub Order Number -[protected] Product- Molife Diary Cover For Micromax Nitro A310 (black) M-ml9518bk Sub Order Number -[protected] Product-Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 Hi, I have ordered 2 products from Snapdeal.com on 02nd October 2014 and got delivery on 06th Oct 2014 in which I received faulty handset and cover not same which I have ordered. I have raised complaint in Snapdeal they asked me to return product and told me that Nuvex courier company boy will come and pick product and for this they have arranged 2 pick up from my place, thank to Snapdeal for this. Unfortunately I have given mobile handset when I need to give mobile cover and vice versa yet both products were picked from my place from same courier company on 09th and 13th Oct. Today is 18th Oct and I did not get any resolution of this case as I have requested to replace my mobile and refund for cover. I have done innumerable calls to their customer care and talked almost all of supervisor but no resolution and one side courier company is saying that they have sent both products to Snapdeal and Snapdeal representative is saying they have not received product. Now it seems sin that I have ordered product from Snapdeal. Please help me to resolve this issue, as they have vanished my Diwali festival and I undergone with so much mental trauma.
