Dear sir, I had bought my mobile phone micromax mt500 through snapdeal.com. after purchasing that mobile phone one of the feature which was specified by snapdeal was not working i.e 3G connectivity. then one day after i contacted to the snapdeal customer care to return my product, but they straightly refused to return or replace that mobile phone.
