[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Faulty Product Delivered | |||
Hi, I bought a new tablet from Snapdeal.com on 13th august 2014.This product was delivered to me on 16th august 2014. From fist day itself I was facing the issue of black-white screen on tablet display but on contacting customer service I was asked to perform latest software update which was of around 128 MB size too big to download from normal 2G connection. Which took me at least 7 to 8 days to complete the download but when I faced the similar issue even after the update I approached Lenovo service center in mumbai with all bill and warranty detail. Meanwhile I lost the replacement window of 7 days which is really very small considering the type of issue and situation in which I found out. Lenovo raised the Service order request # [protected]. But after one week I was told that one of sensor is missing my new tablet and company is not providing that sensor to the service center. I am seriously not sure whom to approach in this issue related to new tablet. I also raised this concern to Snapdeal.com but they are not responding saying after 7 days they can not do anything about any product. I feel that I was not sold genuine products.
