I have order a D-Link 300 Mbps ADSL Wireless Router (DSL-2750U) (ORDER NO: [protected] Order Placed On:[protected] & SubOrder:[protected]) from snap deal which i received on 22 oct 2014. But the D-Link 300 Mbps ADSL Wireless Router was faulty one. I request refund from them not replacement.I given lot of complaint and made lot of call to their customer care they assure me the refund not the replacement then after three days. After so many complaint on 9th Nov 2014, they told me it will not refund and you can call service center for complaint. I suffered lots of mental stress for so bad service. Called again but no help. Is indian law still working?... i cannot believe now. I feel very much cheated by snapdeal. please anyone suggest what should i do now. Any way to fight with them.

I have order Kingston 8gb Hyperx Fury 1866mhz Desktop Ram - Blue from snapdeal but I have revived Faulty product and I have return the product by myself and the product was reached to snapdeal head quarter and snapdeal was initiated my refund also but One month completed but still the refund has been not credit in my bank account I called to snapdeal about this issue they are telling it was still in process and I have shared my bank statement with snapdeal so many times but still the refund has been not credit in my bank account.
