Snapdeal.com — FedEx courier person not allowing us to check the package before payment | |||
Order ID: [protected]. We had ordered the product (Singer Sewing Machine) on 18 July 2015 on Snapdeal.com through cash on delivery service. The product was shipped through FedEx Surface Couriers. Today (i.e 28-July-2015) your courier persons had come to deliver the product but they are not allowing us to open the package if the payment is not made in advance. We told them to wait just for 5 minutes so that we can check the package and make the payment but they are not even ready to wait for 5 minutes instead they tell us that they have other packages to deliver. Please tell me why the customer has to suffer if they have other packages to deliver. Please tell us who will be responsible if there is no product inside the package after your courier person leaves the premises. Will Snapdeal.com take the responsibility if there is no product inside the package after your courier person leaves the premises? Will Snapdeal.com refund our amount without asking any questions?
