[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Follow up for refund | |||||
Sir/Madam, I have ordered Hueman Navy Blue and Grey cotton blend T-shirt set of 2 as on 08/11/2016. As on 14/11/2016, i have received the wrong product instead of what actually ordered. I have received Red T-shirt (Single Piece). As on the same date i returned it. Acknowledgement Number for your reference - 769531 to ShadowFax courier service Now the courier guy is having that product with himself, telling that snapdeal won`t accept the returned product because it is having only a single piece. Now the product is with him only. As per his guidelines, I called more than 10 times to your customer care and raised a complaint for refund of the money. Again and again i am calling and explaining the same issue to your customer care person is headache for me since i have called more than 10 times. Requesting you to consider this issue very seriously and asap refund the money. For refunding the money you people are already raised the complaint, but its pending because the product is with courier office and he is not returning it to you.
